In addition to these data, the connection data of the terminal used to make the request (IP address), the Site pages consulted and time spent on the Site, date and duration of your consultation, browser identification information and type of operating system used, the web page that led to your visit and indication of successful access are temporarily saved by the web server in the log files.

Technical management of the log files enables analysis of Site use for the purpose of improving the user experience and ensure data protection and security in our company; this guarantees optimised protection of personal data.
 
Hosting
The personal data that you provide are hosted in the European Union by PARENTHESE VACANCES.

Hosting services provided by subcontractors also ensure data privacy and security, in compliance with subcontracting contracts, in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.

Data security

We do our utmost to guarantee the security of the personal data that we use.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect the Site against unauthorized access to personal data and the loss, destruction, modification or distribution of your data by any unauthorised person.

Personal data is transferred in encrypted form, using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) system.

We regularly improve our security measures to keep up with technological progress.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of the hardware used to access our Site, such as PCs, tablets, smartphones, Wi-Fi connection, etc.

Transmission of your personal data

We use personal data for the sole purpose of providing the services you need.

Your personal data may be transmitted to third party service providers (emailing, newsletters). These subcontractors are only permitted to process your personal data to fulfil their obligations and under conditions that ensure the privacy and security of said data, defined by subcontracting contracts signed in application of article 28 of the GDPR.

Beyond the aforementioned circumstances, we will not transmit your data to any third party without your consent, except in response to a request from the police or administrative or judicial authorities.

Period of conservation of your personal data

In principle, we delete all personal data as soon as it is no longer necessary to keep said data to fulfil its original purpose and after expiry of the regulatory periods of conservation.

  • - Data transmitted for a booking request are kept throughout the duration of the resulting contractual relationship plus the period defined by law for evidentiary purposes.
  • - Data related to newsletter subscriptions will be deleted after receipt of your unsubscribe request.
  • - Data from a contact request that does generate a booking will be deleted three (3) years after your last contact with PARENTHESE VACANCES.
